By viewing your organization from a holistic perspective, an employee that feels less stressed will be more focused, physically feel better, and have a more positive attitude towards the work environment. The employee will also feel more of a connection to the organization itself for providing them with this opportunity for healing. Therefore, taking care of your employees for their own well being will assist in maintaining the balance of the organization and improving outcomes. The Employee Care Support Program will assist staff with stress reduction using education and experiential techniques to support mind/body and spirit. We are finding that because the staff is experiencing these techniques first hand, they are more readily applying them to personal or work situations.

Each Employee Well Being Program consists of two complementary care consultants available to employees (class sizes limited to twenty participants to provide individual attention) for two hours.
